This policy covers this website only — the pages at prism.arachnetng.com. The PRISM product itself runs on infrastructure chosen by each customer, and how a customer's deployment handles data is governed by their agreement with us, not by this page.

What we collect

This is a static informational site. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no tracking or analytics scripts. We do not set cookies.

• Email you send us. The only way to give us information here is to email us at sales@arachnetng.com. We keep that correspondence to respond to your enquiry and follow up about PRISM.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by our hosting provider, which — like any web host — may record standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for security and operational purposes.

How we use it

We use enquiry emails to answer you and to arrange product walkthroughs, pricing, and deployment discussions you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention and removal

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to an active or potential engagement. If you would like it deleted, email sales@arachnetng.com and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions about it can go to sales@arachnetng.com.
